With the Mid Term Elections just around the corner, we may see a bit of uncertainty in the Real Estate Market in the very near future.
I wanted to take a look at the New Construction Home prices and to keep an eye on the listings to see if they list asking price goes down with so much inventory and buyers on the fence to when to move forward.
